About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and related financial solutions tailored to their needs. The Producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training, and builds a business serving educators. The position offers performance-based compensation under a 1099 arrangement, including enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.

Requirements

• Self-motivation and ability to manage one's own business.
• Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
