About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. Horace Mann offers products designed for educators, a multi-line product portfolio, and support in developing a client base and growing an independent business. The role may be performed in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. Compensation is performance-based under a 1099 arrangement, with enhanced commissions, uncapped earnings, and a 36-month incentive plan. The plan includes monthly incentives based on sales volume and quarterly production bonuses during the first 36 months. Additional offerings include a sign-on bonus and the opportunity for top performers to earn all-expenses-paid trips. A mentor agent provides guidance and accountability.

Ability to obtain or currently hold state licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
