About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer in Waynesboro, Pennsylvania, to provide insurance solutions to educators and help them address financial challenges. The role offers a performance-based compensation package with enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive program, and uncapped earnings potential. Producers can prospect and work with established books of business while building their own practice, supported by educator-focused products, value-added services, training, market and relationship-building programs, and sales processes. There is no external office requirement. The work setting includes in-person, field, and office activities. The position reports to the Regional Field Leader, who also acts as the Agency Consultant.
Requirements
- Possess or be able to obtain resident state General Lines licenses: Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
- Be willing to invest time and resources to ensure business success.
