Insurance Producer - Danville, VA
About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through tailored insurance and financial solutions. The producer develops and manages their own business, cultivates client relationships, presents products to individuals and groups, and participates in community and networking events. The role offers performance-based 1099 compensation, including commissions and incentives, and allows work from anywhere without an external office requirement. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting. A Regional Field Leader, who also serves as Agency Consultant, provides guidance and accountability.
Requirements

- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage one's own business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
