About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to help educators address financial challenges through insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent and hands-on industry experience, along with training and access to a multi-line product portfolio and a niche educator market. The role offers a performance-based compensation structure with enhanced commissions and incentives during the first 36 months, as well as opportunities to build on established books of business while developing a personal practice. Work may be conducted in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting, with no external office requirement.
Requirements

- Self-motivation and ability to manage your own business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
