Insurance Producer - Mount Airy, NC
About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Producer to serve educators with insurance and financial solutions tailored to their needs. The producer receives mentorship from an experienced agent, hands-on industry experience, and training. The role offers a performance-based 1099 compensation structure, including enhanced commissions, a 36-month incentive plan, monthly incentives, quarterly production bonuses, and a sign-on bonus. Producers can leverage established books of business, value-added services, networking opportunities, and a multi-line product portfolio to build their business and client base. Work may take place in person, in the field, and/or from an office setting.
Requirements
- Commitment to helping educators achieve financial prosperity.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to manage an independent business.
- Ability to obtain or currently hold state Life & Health and Property & Casualty licenses.
