About The Position

The Insurance Producer Associate helps grow a local Allstate agency by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. The role uses insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase customers’ understanding of the value of insurance and to build long-term relationships through trusted advice. The agency staff position is employment with an Allstate Exclusive Agent, an independent contractor, and is not direct employment with Allstate Insurance Co.

Requirements

At least 3 years of outbound or inbound sales experience, with a track record of exceeding targets and driving revenue growth.
A strong drive for results, competitive spirit, and passion for prospecting and winning new business.
Strong communication skills and the ability to develop lasting client relationships.
Willingness to obtain the necessary Property and Casualty and/or Life and Health license(s) to sell insurance upon hire.
Confidence, motivation, and ability to work independently.
Ability to multitask, follow through, and follow up.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Prior insurance experience.
Existing insurance license(s).
College degree.
