About The Position

Brown & Brown is seeking an Insurance Producer to develop new business and build relationships with business owners and decision-makers. The role is open to candidates at various career stages, including recent graduates, B2B sales professionals transitioning into insurance, and experienced insurance producers. The Insurance Producer identifies client needs and provides Commercial Property & Casualty and/or Employee Benefits solutions, while building and growing a book of business. The position works with service teams to deliver strong client experiences and includes ongoing sales training, coaching, and professional development.

Nice To Haves

• Proven sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Insurance licensing is a plus but is not required for all candidates.
• Experience as an insurance producer with Commercial P&C or Employee Benefits.
• Experience in B2B sales, business development, banking, payroll, staffing, technology, or medical sales.
