About The Position

As an Insurance Professional, you will help grow your professional skills and the Carballo Agencies by engaging new prospects and building strong relationships in the community. You will apply insurance knowledge and sales skills to increase customers' understanding of the value of insurance and cultivate long-term relationships with trusted advice. The agency staff opportunity is not an employment opportunity directly with Allstate Insurance Co.; but rather employment as a staff member with Allstate Exclusive Agents, who are independent contractors.

Requirements

Property & Casualty license required by the first day of employment
Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
Confident, motivated individual who works well independently
Able to multi-task, follow through, and follow-up
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Completes communication and tasks in a timely manner
