Requirements

  • Prior sales experience with a record of achieving or exceeding goals
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

  • Property & Casualty License preferred
  • Life & Health License preferred (not required; willingness to obtain)
  • Bilingual skills are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business through outbound calling, networking, and referrals
  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
  • Sell and cross-sell a variety of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Achieve or exceed monthly production and performance objectives
  • Stay current on product offerings, underwriting, and industry trends
