Requirements
- Prior sales experience with a record of achieving or exceeding goals
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Nice To Haves
- Property & Casualty License preferred
- Life & Health License preferred (not required; willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual skills are a plus
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through outbound calling, networking, and referrals
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions
- Sell and cross-sell a variety of insurance products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships
- Achieve or exceed monthly production and performance objectives
- Stay current on product offerings, underwriting, and industry trends
