About The Position

Manage an established, active book of insurance business with opportunities for continued growth across COUNTRY Financial® products and services. Agents take a consultative approach to growing business with existing and prospective clients, educating them about products and services, and collaborating with COUNTRY Trust Bank® Financial Advisors to inform clients about financial offerings. Agents operate as independent contractors, building their own businesses with the support of COUNTRY Financial®. The role offers autonomy to manage a schedule, diversify income through property and casualty, life, and health products, establish an office, and build a staff. There is no buy-in required. Agents have uncapped earning potential, access to continued learning and marketing resources, and opportunities to earn performance-based global trips and financial rewards.
