About The Position
COUNTRY Financial is seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial professional to build an insurance business and help clients prepare for planned and unexpected moments with appropriate insurance products. Agents take a consultative approach to growing business with existing and prospective clients. They work as independent contractors, operating their own businesses with support from COUNTRY Financial. Agents can diversify income through property and casualty, life, and health products; manage their schedules with flexibility; educate clients and prospects about products and services; collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors; and establish an office and build a staff. Requirements

Nice To Haves

- 2+ years of experience in the insurance and/or financial services industry.
- 5+ years of business ownership or managerial experience.
