About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent in Macon, Georgia. The agent will build and manage an agency serving educators, identifying and presenting insurance and financial solutions that support affordable coverage and financial security. The role involves developing market access and relationships, presenting products to groups and individuals, and participating in networking, community, and industry events. The agent is expected to invest time and resources in the long-term success of the business. Horace Mann offers performance-based 1099 compensation, an incentive package during the first 48 months, a dedicated Premier Service Representative for client service work, technology and training, a multiline product portfolio, and market and relationship-building programs.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses, including Life and Health Insurance and Property and Casualty Insurance licenses.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
