About The Position
Join Horace Mann as an Exclusive Agent serving educators in Cumming, Georgia. The role focuses on helping educators find affordable insurance solutions and achieve financial security while building and managing an insurance agency. You will develop market access and relationships, present products to groups and individuals, and participate in networking, community, and industry events. Success requires investing time and resources in the long-term growth of your business. Horace Mann offers performance-based 1099 compensation, an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, and quarterly production incentives during the first 48 months. Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong business management skills.
- Resident state Life and Health Insurance License.
- Resident state Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
Nice To Haves
- 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
