About The Position
The Rappa District Office is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional or business leader to develop and operate a Farmers Insurance agency serving Macon, Warner Robins, Dublin, and surrounding Middle Georgia communities. The agency owner will build a client base, lead a team, and establish a local community presence, with training, mentorship, and ongoing support from Farmers Insurance and the Rappa District Office. This is an agency ownership opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position. Insurance experience is not required; licensing training is provided and pre-licensing fees are covered. The opportunity offers commission and performance-based bonus potential, licensing and business-development support, and the chance to build a transferable business with long-term value. The Richard Rappa District Office provides practical coaching, proven sales strategies, and support from a local District Team.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, leadership, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain them with support.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a plan for agency growth.
- Generate business through referrals, networking, marketing, and community involvement.
- Recommend Property & Casualty and Life insurance solutions.
- Recruit, coach, and lead an agency team.
- Build lasting client and community relationships.
