About The Position
The Rappa District Office is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional or business leader to develop and operate a Farmers Insurance agency in McDonough, Georgia. This is an agency ownership opportunity rather than a traditional salaried position. Insurance experience is not required; licensing training and pre-licensing fees are provided. Agency owners build a client base, lead their own team, and establish a presence in the local community with training, mentorship, and ongoing support from Farmers Insurance and the Rappa District Office. The opportunity offers unlimited commission and performance-based bonus potential, a $5,000 Training and Staff Qualifying Bonus, a Reserve Bonus of up to $10,000, a 340% commission multiplier during the first three years, and up to $500 per month in lead opportunity credits. Owners also receive licensing, training, hands-on district support, ongoing mentorship, and business-development support, and can build a transferable business with long-term value.
Requirements
- Experience in sales, leadership, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- An entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Georgia Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses, or willingness to obtain them with support.
