About The Position

The Rappa District Office is seeking an entrepreneurial sales professional or business leader to develop and operate a Farmers Insurance agency in Augusta, Georgia. This is an agency ownership opportunity, not a traditional salaried position. Insurance experience is not required; licensing training and pre-licensing fees are provided.

The agency owner will build a client base, lead a team, and establish a presence in the local community, with training, mentorship, and ongoing support from Farmers Insurance and the Rappa District Office. The opportunity includes commission and performance-based bonus potential and the ability to build a transferable business with long-term value.

Requirements

• Experience in sales, leadership, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Georgia insurance licenses, or willingness to obtain them with support.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a plan for agency growth.
• Generate business through referrals, networking, marketing, and community involvement.
• Recommend Property & Casualty and Life insurance solutions.
• Recruit, coach, and lead an agency team.
• Build lasting client and community relationships.
