About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators find affordable insurance solutions and achieve financial security. The agent will build and manage an agency in an exclusive territory, establish relationships and market access, present insurance and financial products to groups and individuals, and grow a business through networking and community engagement. Horace Mann provides training, technology, a multiline product portfolio, market and relationship-building programs, and a dedicated Service Representative to handle client service work. No external office is required for the first two years.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong business management skills.
• Resident state General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License and Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
