About The Position

Dent Wizard is hiring an Automotive Porter to move and park vehicles, keep dealership areas clean and organized, and assist the service team with daily operations. The role includes preparing vehicles for delivery, retrieving and transporting vehicles, completing basic vehicle checks and minor maintenance, and providing courteous service to customers. Work may take place in ventilated automotive repair shops, refurbishing facilities, or outdoors. Applicants must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Dependable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Physical stamina for manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to perform simple and fine motor hand manipulations.
• Ability to operate vehicles with both manual and automatic transmissions.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Move and park vehicles safely and in an organized manner in designated areas.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership lot, service bays, and customer waiting areas.
• Perform basic vehicle checks, including checking tire pressure and fluid levels.
• Prepare vehicles for delivery and ensure they are presented in pristine condition.
• Retrieve vehicles for customers and transport vehicles to and from service areas.
• Assist the service team with other tasks as needed.
• Perform minor vehicle maintenance tasks, such as washing and vacuuming vehicles.
• Provide courteous and prompt service to support customer satisfaction.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including safety and health regulations.
• Report vehicle damage or operational issues to management immediately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
