About The Position
This entry-level Insurance Agent role begins with learning the company’s system and speaking by phone and Zoom with people who have already expressed interest in life insurance coverage. The company provides full training and a mentor from the first day. Agents who produce consistently may advance into team-building and leadership roles, where they train and mentor new agents. The position is fully remote and full-time, with an expected commitment of about 40 hours per week. It is a 1099, commission-only role with uncapped compensation. The posting states average earnings of $800–$1,200 per policy and typical first-year earnings of $75,000 to $300,000+ for full-time agents. Requirements
- Must live in the United States; the Morgantown, West Virginia area is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, about 40 hours per week.
