Entry-Level Insurance Agent — $75K–$300K+, Leadership Track
About The Position
Start as an agent and grow into a leadership role. New agents learn the company’s system and work by phone and Zoom with people who have already asked about life insurance coverage. The company provides full training and a mentor from day one. Agents who produce consistently can move into team-building and leadership roles, where they train and mentor new agents. This is a fully remote, commission-only 1099 position. Compensation is uncapped, averaging $800–$1,200 per policy. Full-time agents typically earn $75,000 to $300,000+ in their first year. Pay is daily or weekly, with performance bonuses.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States; the Mansfield, Ohio area is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, about 40 hours a week.
