Entry-Level Insurance Agent — $75K–$300K+, Leadership Track
About The Position
This entry-level, fully remote role begins with learning the company’s system and speaking by phone and Zoom with people who have already expressed interest in life insurance coverage. The company provides full training and a mentor from the first day. Agents who consistently produce may advance into team-building and leadership roles, where they train and mentor new agents. Compensation is 1099 and commission-only, with uncapped earnings. The posting states an average of $800–$1,200 per policy and typical first-year earnings of $75,000 to $300,000+ for full-time agents. Requirements
- Live in the United States.
- Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Be available full time, about 40 hours a week.
