Entry-Level Insurance Agent — $75K–$300K+, Leadership Track
About The Position
This fully remote, entry-level insurance agent role begins with learning the company’s system and speaking by phone and Zoom with people who have already asked about life insurance coverage. Agents receive full training and a mentor from day one. Agents who produce consistently may progress into team-building and leadership roles, training and mentoring new agents. Compensation is 1099 and commission-only, with uncapped earnings. The posting cites an average of $800–$1,200 per policy and typical first-year earnings of $75,000 to $300,000+ for full-time agents. Requirements
- Must live in the United States; the North Las Vegas, Nevada area is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, about 40 hours per week.
