Entry-Level Insurance Agent — $75K–$300K+, Leadership Track
About The Position
This is a fully remote, entry-level life insurance agent role with a leadership track. New agents receive full training and a mentor and work with people who have already inquired about life insurance coverage, communicating by phone and Zoom. Agents who produce consistently may advance into team-building and leadership roles, training and mentoring new agents. The position is 1099 and commission-only, with uncapped compensation. Requirements
- Live in the United States.
- Be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Be able to pass a background check.
- Have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Be available to work full time, about 40 hours per week.
