Entry-Level Insurance Agent — $75K–$300K+, Leadership Track
About The Position
Start as an agent and grow into a leader. New agents learn the company’s system and work by phone and Zoom with people who have already asked about life insurance coverage. The role includes full training and a mentor from day one. Agents who produce consistently can move into team-building and leadership roles, where they train and mentor new agents. Compensation is 1099 and commission-only, with uncapped earnings. The posting states an average of $800–$1,200 per policy and typical first-year earnings of $75,000 to $300,000+ for full-time agents. Pay is issued daily or weekly, with performance bonuses. The role is fully remote; the Muncie, Indiana area is a plus.
Requirements
- Must live in the United States; the Muncie, Indiana area is a plus.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or legal resident.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must have a Life & Health insurance license or be willing to obtain one.
- Must be available full time, approximately 40 hours per week.
