About The Position

Horace Mann is seeking an Insurance Agent to serve educators in the Ukiah, California area. Horace Mann offers performance-based 1099 compensation and a 48-month incentive package, including activity-based incentives and quarterly production incentives during the initial 48 months. Support includes a dedicated Premier Service Representative for client service work, a niche market, technology and continued training, a multiline product portfolio, and market and relationship-building programs.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License and Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Gain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses if applicable in certain regions.

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry preferred.
