About The Position
Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Producer to serve educators in Stockton, California. The role focuses on helping educators address financial challenges through insurance products and financial solutions tailored to their needs. Producers build a business by prospecting, working within established books of business, developing community and professional relationships, and presenting offerings to prospective customers. The position offers flexible work arrangements and a performance-based compensation package with uncapped earning potential, incentives, enhanced commissions, and a sign-on bonus. Work is in person, in the field, and in an office; no external office is required.
Requirements
- Possess or be able to obtain resident-state General Lines licenses in Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
- Be willing to invest time and resources to ensure business success.
