About The Position
Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent in Modesto, California, to build and manage an insurance agency serving educators. The role focuses on identifying insurance and financial solutions that help educators achieve affordability and financial security, developing market access and relationships, and presenting products to groups and individuals. Agents are expected to network actively and invest time and resources in the long-term success of their business. Horace Mann offers performance-based 1099 compensation, an incentive package during the first 48 months, a dedicated Premier Service Representative, a multiline product portfolio, technology, training, and programs to support market and relationship building.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong business management skills.
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License and Property and Casualty Insurance License.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
