Requirements
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Results-driven with a desire to succeed in sales.
- Self-motivated with excellent organization and time management ability.
- Willingness to obtain (or current possession of) state insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health).
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

- Sales or customer service background is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage your personal sales pipeline through networking, prospecting, and outreach.
- Consult with clients to identify their needs and recommend tailored insurance solutions.

- Consistently meet or exceed sales goals for new business and retention.
- Track all sales activities and manage leads using agency technology and tools.
- Stay informed about market trends and new Farmers Insurance products.
