Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or insurance (preferred)
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Confidence in outbound sales and closing new business
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health licenses (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Bilingual skills are a strong asset
Responsibilities
- Drive new business growth by identifying and developing promising prospects
- Conduct in-depth consultations to assess client needs and recommend optimal insurance products
- Sell and cross-sell a comprehensive suite of insurance solutions, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial policies
- Build and nurture strong client relationships, providing ongoing support and ensuring policy optimization
- Consistently exceed sales targets to drive both personal and agency-wide success
- Stay informed about insurance products and industry regulations
- Utilize CRM tools for lead tracking, follow-ups, and managing policy renewals
- Collaborate in team meetings and contribute to broader agency growth strategies
