About The Position

The Eric Uzeta Agency is looking for a motivated Insurance Agent to join our Long Beach team. This is a sales-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and working toward goals. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching while developing your insurance knowledge and sales skills. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for this position.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Confident communicating over the phone and starting conversations
• Motivated by goals, performance, and earning potential
• Persistent and able to handle rejection
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Organized with strong follow-up skills
• California Property & Casualty and/or Life & Health license preferred, or willingness to obtain required licensing

Nice To Haves

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective customers through leads, referrals, outbound calls, and follow-up
• Work with both English and Spanish-speaking customers
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate coverage
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products
• Build long-term client relationships and identify additional sales opportunities
• Manage your sales pipeline and consistently follow up with prospects
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals
• Participate in ongoing sales and insurance training
