About The Position
American Family Insurance is seeking a highly motivated individual to become an independent agency owner representing American Family and its products exclusively. The agency owner is responsible for the overall management, sales, and growth of the agency, including hiring a team and working with that team to achieve strategic business goals. The opportunity offers the chance to build a business, create financial stability, and positively affect customers’ lives. American Family provides training and local support in areas such as marketing, prospecting, and business consultation, along with unlimited compensation potential and a New Agency Owner Incentive Program.
Requirements
- Obtain Property and Casualty and Life and Health insurance licenses.
- Pass a motor vehicle, financial/credit, and criminal background check.
- Demonstrate a track record of success, strong work ethic, motivation, and commitment.
