About The Position

ProPath Services, LLC is hiring a Phlebotomist in Decatur, Georgia. The position provides patient care and customer-focused service, performs venipuncture on patients of all ages, collects and prepares non-blood specimens, and ensures proper specimen processing, labeling, and test ordering. The role also supports safety, compliance, and quality control. Employees will have routine access to Protected Health Information (PHI), must maintain strict confidentiality, and may access PHI only as needed to perform their duties.

The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM–1:30 PM. The position is full-time and benefit eligible, with 30 scheduled weekly hours. Sonic Healthcare USA describes its workplace as supportive and inclusive, with opportunities for professional growth.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous phlebotomy training or experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of laboratory training or experience in specimen collection and processing.
• Certification from the American Society of Phlebotomy Technicians.
