About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining friendly, attentive service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by providing exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients pursue their financial goals. This position is listed as 30 hours at the North Decatur Corners Branch in Decatur, Georgia.

You welcome clients, assist with account servicing and new accounts, explain everyday banking and self-service technology, and support branch operations. You work with other branch team members to provide seamless service while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch; use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with everyday banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions; partner with branch team members to help clients achieve financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
