About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining attentive, friendly service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by creating exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The role includes welcoming clients, supporting account servicing and new account openings, assisting with everyday banking and digital self-service tools, and performing branch operations in accordance with applicable policies and requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and technology self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
