About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you will represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create exceptional client experiences. You will build trusted relationships, share product knowledge and solutions, and help clients work toward their financial goals.

The role is part-time, 30 hours, at the Sidney Branch in Sidney, Ohio. You will assist clients with account servicing, maintenance, and account opening; guide them through banking transactions and self-service technology; and support branch operations while following applicable policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, use a tablet to manage lobby traffic and waiting queues, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions in partnership with branch team members.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
