About The Position
As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by providing welcoming, attentive service and using banking solutions and financial technology to create positive client experiences. You contribute to branch success by building trusted client relationships, sharing product knowledge and helping clients find solutions to their financial needs. The position involves welcoming clients, managing lobby traffic and appointments, providing account servicing and opening accounts, helping clients complete everyday banking and use digital self-service tools, and performing branch operations. You must follow applicable bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities
- Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
- Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
- Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts in compliance with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
- Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service technology, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing relevant product knowledge and solutions.
- Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
- Perform branch operations, which may include managing the cash vault, ATM, or other cash devices, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
