About The Position

As an Associate Banker within Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining hospitality, friendly and attentive service, banking solutions, and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences and building trusted relationships. You share product knowledge and solutions to help clients achieve their financial goals. This is a part-time, 30-hour position at the Sidney Branch in Sidney, Ohio.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch and provide attentive, friendly service.
• Use a tablet to manage lobby traffic, check clients into the waiting queue, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Provide account servicing and maintenance and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions, including use of the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge and solutions.
• Partner with branch team members to help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to bank policies and procedures.
