About The Position

As an Associate Banker at Chase, you represent the company’s brand and culture by combining attentive, welcoming service with banking solutions and financial technology. You contribute to branch success by delivering exceptional client experiences, building trusted relationships, sharing product knowledge, and helping clients work toward their financial goals. The role involves lobby and appointment management, account servicing and opening, client education on banking services and digital tools, and branch operations, including cash-device management.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients as they enter the branch, provide friendly and attentive service, manage lobby traffic and waiting queues using a tablet, and schedule or cancel client meetings.
• Service and maintain accounts and open new accounts while complying with policies, procedures, and regulatory and banking requirements.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions and self-service options, including the Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
• Build client relationships by listening actively, asking thoughtful questions, demonstrating empathy, sharing product knowledge and solutions, and partnering with branch team members to support clients’ financial goals.
• Perform branch operations, which may include managing the cash vault, ATM, or other cash devices in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
