About The Position

COUNTRY Financial Insurance Agents are independent contractors who build and own their insurance businesses while receiving support from COUNTRY Financial. They take a consultative approach to developing business with existing and prospective clients, offering property and casualty, life, and health insurance products. Agents can manage their schedules, educate clients about products and services, collaborate with COUNTRY Trust Bank Financial Advisors, establish an office, and build a staff. The role offers uncapped earning potential, performance-based rewards, continued learning and marketing resources, and affiliation with COUNTRY Financial’s established brand. No buy-in is required. The listed licenses are not required to apply, but the ability to obtain them is essential when a contract decision is made.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of business ownership or managerial experience.
