About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Exclusive Insurance Agent in Perrysburg, Ohio. The agent will build and manage an agency serving educators, helping them find affordable insurance solutions and achieve financial security. The role involves building market access and relationships, presenting products to groups and individuals, and participating in networking, community, and industry events. The agent is expected to invest time and resources in the long-term success of the business.

Horace Mann offers performance-based 1099 compensation, an industry-leading 48-month incentive package, quarterly production incentives during the first 48 months, a dedicated Service Representative to handle client service work, an exclusive territory, technology and ongoing training, a multiline product portfolio, market and relationship-building programs, and no requirement for an external office for two years.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
• Resident state Life and Health Insurance License.
• Resident state Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 and 63 licenses, if applicable in the region.
