About The Position

Horace Mann is hiring an Insurance Agent to serve educators and their families in San Bernardino, California. The role focuses on helping educators address financial challenges and safeguard their financial futures by presenting insurance and financial solutions. Agents develop their business through prospecting, working with established books of business, and building relationships in the local community. The position is in person and in the field, with no external office requirement. Compensation is performance-based and includes enhanced commissions, uncapped earnings, a sign-on bonus, and structured incentives. New agents may earn monthly and quarterly production incentives during their first 36 months. Requirements

Possess or be able to obtain resident-state General Lines licenses for Life & Health and Property & Casualty.
