Requirements
- PhD in Nursing or related discipline.
- Experience in teaching leadership and nursing management.
- Prior teaching and/or research experience in the study of Nursing.
- Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level (letters of reference and course/performance evaluations).
- Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario.
Nice To Haves
- Masters degree in Nursing and relevant clinical and teaching experience (considered if no qualified PhD applicants).
Responsibilities
- Teach the course NUSC 4P20, Leadership in Nursing and Management.
- Responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course if employed in a 2-hour/week lecture or equivalent.
