Requirements
- PhD in Nursing or related discipline. Senior doctoral candidates will be considered if no qualified applicants are found.
- Experience in teaching quantitative research methods.
- Prior teaching and/or research experience in the study of Nursing or related discipline.
- Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level (letters of reference and course/performance evaluations).
- Registered Nurse License with College of Nurses of Ontario
Responsibilities
- Scheduled contact time with students
- Preparation of lectures
- Student consultation
- Marking and grading
- Course administration, including grade appeals and cases of academic dishonesty
