About The Position

Brock University is seeking an Instructor for LING 4P21, a half course in Clinical Analysis of Communication Disorders, for the Fall 2026 term. This position involves scheduled contact time with students, preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking and grading, and course administration. The class will be held face-to-face at the Brock University main campus in St. Catharines. Requirements

  • Relevant doctorate (PhD)
  • In the absence of a PhD, a master's degree with evidence of sufficient academic background (e.g., course work or thesis focus) in relevant areas may be considered
  • Evidence of educational background must be provided
  • Previous successful academic teaching experience (as instructor responsible for all aspects of the course)
  • Teaching competence (e.g., course evaluations, letters of reference and/or other components of a teaching dossier)
