About The Position

Groundworks Installers travel to residential or commercial buildings to install equipment and foundation and water management solutions. They troubleshoot assigned work, test equipment, and clean up job sites after completion. Installers work alongside experienced crews in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and receive training and equipment support.

Requirements

• Knowledge of trade-specific installation tools and proper equipment use.
• Previous experience working in the construction industry.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver’s license.
• Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods and perform strenuous labor, often under adverse conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor, including digging, back-filling trenches, and site clean-up.
• Assist with product and service installation under supervision.
• Load, carry, and deliver materials weighing up to 50 lbs to and from job sites.
• Enter confined spaces, including crawl spaces and basements, to perform repairs.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Follow instructions and comply with company policies, including safety and workplace conduct requirements.
• Build positive relationships and support team goals.
• Maintain professionalism and integrity and uphold the company’s reputation.
• Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors to support project success.
• Regularly and reliably report to work on time each working day.
