About The Position

Join Sure-Dry in a hands-on construction role helping homeowners protect their properties. Work with an experienced crew at customer homes to install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pump, and crawl space systems. The position offers paid, hands-on training and opportunities to develop construction skills and advance. No prior experience is required. The job provides year-round work on a Monday–Friday schedule.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
• Be able to perform physical construction work.
• Be able to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously.
• Be dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn.
• Successfully complete required pre-employment screenings, including a background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Install foundation repair, waterproofing, sump pump, and crawl space systems.
• Work alongside an experienced crew at customer homes.
• Safely operate tools and equipment.
• Deliver quality work and an outstanding customer experience.
• Work at different job sites and take on new challenges.
