About The Position
Join the Operations team to provide on-site product installation and technical support to customers. The Installation Technician works directly with customers to install products, evaluate equipment, coordinate service activities, and help ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Requirements
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to read measurements and work with basic math.
- Valid driver's license.

- Previous installation, fabrication, construction, or mechanical experience.
Responsibilities
- Perform customer-site installations and service work.
- Assess equipment and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Coordinate installation schedules and communicate project updates.
- Partner with Sales and Operations to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
- Maintain service equipment, vehicles, and documentation.
- Participate in ongoing training and development.
