The Flooring Installation Coordinator is a customer-facing role focused on customer service. The coordinator partners with Lowe’s Installed Sales staff and Service Pros Installation Group contractors to support customer satisfaction. The role includes administrative support such as reviewing contracts and work orders, coordinating product delivery and installation schedules, overseeing installation processes, and following up with customers about flooring projects.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One to two years of related experience and/or training.
Basic technology skills, including the ability to use multiple computer screens and database, spreadsheet, email, word-processing, and Microsoft Office software.
Ability to remain organized and efficient while supporting contractors and customers.
Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in non-climate-controlled environments.

Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review work orders for accuracy, verify information, and resolve labor or product issues.
Schedule customers and contractors for installations and other appointments.
Review project details for each job with the appropriate contractor before installation.
Receive and resolve customer complaints and issues, and perform customer follow-up calls.
Maintain inventory levels and stage materials for crew load-outs.
Load and unload trucks using a forklift, pallet jack, or manually as needed.
