About The Position

Service Pros Installation Group is a family-owned business headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, and an exclusive flooring installation provider for Lowe’s Home Improvement, with workrooms across the Southeast, Northeast, and Midwest. Its mission is to provide exceptional customer experiences through service, and its vision is to improve the lives of employees, customers, and contractors in the communities it serves. The Installation Coordinator is a customer-facing role focused on customer service. The coordinator partners with Lowe’s Installed Sales staff and Service Pros Installation Group contractors to support customer satisfaction. The role provides administrative support across flooring projects, including reviewing contracts and work orders, confirming product delivery, scheduling installations, overseeing installation processes, and following up with customers.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED.
One to two years of related experience and/or training.
Basic technology skills, including the ability to use multiple computer screens and database, spreadsheet, email, word processing, and Microsoft Office software.
Ability to remain organized and efficient while supporting contractors and customers.
Ability to lift 75 pounds and work in non-climate-controlled environments.

Responsibilities

Review work orders for accuracy, verify information, and resolve labor or product issues.
Schedule customers and contractors for installations and other appointments.
Review project details for each job with the appropriate contractor before installation.
Receive and resolve customer complaints and issues, and perform customer follow-up calls.
Maintain inventory levels and stage materials for crew load-outs.
Load and unload trucks using a forklift, pallet jack, or manually as needed.
